Regional Sales Manager (Plano, TX or telecommute)

As a pioneer and industry leader in the Work@Home Agent and Hosted Contact Center
space, Working Solutions is looking for experienced, high energy sales professionals
to help grow the company. The Regional Sales Manager position will identify and
close new business, as well as help ensure the ongoing success of Working Solutions’
valued customers.
Basic Function:
- Identify & close new business for the Working Solutions and WSiNet business units of WSOL
- Deliver on Sales Revenue targets to help in the overall growth and success of Working Solutions
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on new business sales revenue objectives
- Aggressively prospect and generate new relationships within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute an overall strategic sales plan to help ensure revenue goals are met
- Develop and maintain third party channel partner relationships
- Represent the company at industry related trade shows, events, and conferences to maximize exposure
- Work closely with Operations team to ensure the successful deployment and support of new customers
- Participate in sales opportunities and help drive revenue to all Working Solutions companies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 10 years experience in the field of Contact Centers and BPO’s
- Demonstrated Consultative Sales ability
- Proven track record of managing to a sales forecast, and overachieving sales revenue goals
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Requires the ability to travel regularly, up to 40%
Desired Skills:
- Detailed understanding and experience in the Outsourcing Marketplace, including key ROI metrics
- Technical Understanding of Contact Center Technology and SaaS applications
- Extensive experience with Web Based tools such as WebEx, etc.

Channel Sales Manager (Plano, TX or telecommute)
Basic Function:
- Establish new, and manage existing indirect channel partnerships to grow new business for the Working Solutions and WSiNet business units of WSOL
- Deliver on Sales Revenue targets through the partner network, to help in the overall growth and success of Working Solutions
Responsibilities:
- Identify and grow new channel partners, acting as the main point of contact, providing business development support and expert advice.
- Develop revenue growth plans with each channel that support company strategy and deliver sales targets from nominated channel partners.
- Build strong strategic and operational relationships with each channel partner, working to deliver results from specific sales and marketing initiatives.
- Lead, coach and develop sales teams within channel partners, driving maximum growth through sales best practices, training and support.
- Facilitate communication with partners on new product offerings and sales plans; Create procedures to streamline partner management.
- Continually develop industry knowledge, learn about new products and sales techniques, attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, trade shows, events and conferences to maximize company exposure.
- Conduct contract negotiations, manage the RFP process, and provide reporting of pipeline and forecast using the SalesForce automation tool.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5 years experience in the field of Contact Centers and BPO’s
- Successful achievement of 4M+ quotas, consultative enterprise/solution or technical sales
- Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to craft solutions with appropriate products and services that meets business goals based on client discussions
- Ability to close down relationships with failing channels in a way that does not negatively impact Working Solutions or remaining channels
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

General Manager (Plano, TX)
Basic Function:
- Plan and direct all aspects of WS iNet policies, objectives and initiatives, to contribute to the growth and success of WS iNet, a Working Solutions company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the sales function, ensuring department employees and sales plan are organized to achieve maximum sales volume.
- Work with CFO to develop and oversee a financial operating plan for WS iNet.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of a technology and operations plan to help position WS iNet as a leading supplier of hosted on demand contact center solutions.
- Develop and oversee the marketing function, identifying key marketing outlets and competitive strategies.
- Develop and oversee an operations team dedicated to supporting the deployment and smooth operation of system implementations and customer support.
- Work hands-on to develop and ensure the effective completion of contracts with vendors, suppliers and end customers.
- Lead and direct the work of the WS iNet team to encourage maximum growth.
- Represent WS iNet at industry-related events, trade shows, conferences, to maximize exposure and growth opportunities.
- Support sales and operational activities and functions associated with driving business to all Working Solutions companies.
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience in the field
- Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Demonstrates the ability to lead and communicate with direct employees and employees throughout the corporate structure

Telecom Engineer (Plano, TX or telecommute)
Basic Function:
- The Telecom Engineer will be responsible for providing system level support to the WS iNet infrastructure to contribute to the growth and success of WS iNet. The engineer will be responsible for maintaining a platform to promote maximum uptime for WS iNet clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain full accountability for all aspects of platform maintenance and development.
- Be available to support system outages and customer problems.
- Implement new components in the lab and production environments and be accountable to meet customer deadlines.
- Be the lead for continuous upgrades and improvements to the core infrastructure.
- Work closely with others in the operational team to work collaboratively to support the overall health of the technology platform.
- Using business management skills, continuously look for internal company process improvements and business growth opportunities.
- Use foresight and troubleshooting skills to determine where systems breakdowns may occur.
- Work closely with the sales teams to support customer sales presentations and necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years* experience with SIP and Asterisk; Contact center and Genesys experience a plus
- System Support and Trouble Analysis skills (root cause analysis, alarm management platforms, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Knowledge of call processing, server and system administration skills
- Hardware/software skills necessary to support the telephony/voice infrastructure
- Knowledge of configuration, backup, and restoral processes necessary to support the telephony/voice infrastructure
- Strong attention to detail and visualization skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Highly motivated, strategic thinker with a strong sense of urgency and ability to interpret project requirements.
- Ability to work variable hours, which may occasionally include evenings and weekends.
- Some travel may be involved, not more than 20%.
