AgentScan™ Program
When we receive applications, potential agents are screened
and selected for further evaluation through our AgentScan Program. Components of the program
include the AgentScan Voice Check, the AgentScan Total Skills
Test, and the AgentScan Personal Interview. During the selection process, we take into account
the tone of each potential agent’s voice, their sales ability, and many other factors to determine
their readiness to join the Working Solutions Agents OnDemand team. Only the best make it into
our selective Centralized Agent Tracking System (CATS).
Centralized Agent Tracking System (CATS)™
Working Solutions’ HR team has established detailed criteria to make sure each agent’s
abilities surpass the skills and experience desired for the client project. Our proprietary portal,
called the Centralized Agent Tracking System (CATS)™, helps managers to sort and select the best
agents for each project.
First, the portal catalogs the skills and experience of all 76,000+ agents. Next, we run a query in
CATS to identify agents that meet the skill and experience parameters set by the client. Finally, we
visually scan agent information to determine which agents are the best fit for the designated
project. Because our large pool of agents is cataloged in CATS, Working Solutions can quickly
recruit the professionally skilled individuals you need, enabling incredibly fast ramp-up times to
meet unexpected demand. Depending on the skill set required, we can recruit in as little as 24 - 72
hours in urgent situations.
