Tim Houlne - Chief Executive Officer

Tim is a driven entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in positions related to the contact center industry including sales, customer service, technical support, and warranty management. Tim held various leadership roles at West Corporation, GE TechTeam and Connect Services.

Tim is a recognized leader in the home-shoring movement; he has been featured on FOX, ABC, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Boston Globe and BusinessWeek, and is a frequent speaker for various industry forums and colleges.

Tim currently serves as Chairman of the Movie Institute, a 501c3 charity and on the Vision Bank Board of Directors. In 2013, he co-authored The New World of Work, From the Cube to the Cloud and was a Finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® 2013 Southwest Area North.

Tim holds a BSBA in management from Missouri Western State University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Kim Houlne - President

Kim founded Working Solutions in 1996, breaking ground for the home-based call center agent model. As President, she manages all internal and agent operations.

Prior to founding Working Solutions, Kim held various senior-level marketing management positions in the consulting, financial and insurance industries including Mercer, Travelex, Premera Blue Cross and Mutual of Omaha.

Kim holds a BA in Humanities from the University of Georgia and has completed coursework in senior executive management and negotiation at Harvard University.

Thomas Kim - Chief Financial Officer

Tom brings more than 12 years of finance and executive leadership experience to the Working Solutions team.

Prior to joining Working Solutions, Tom was a Principal at MHT Partners, a technology and growth focused investment bank. Previously he was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and served several Fortune 500 companies across technology, IT, telecommunications and consumer industries.

Tom also served in the U.S. Army as a finance officer, managing several teams in support of military operations. He has an MBA from Harvard and a B.S. in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Gail Rigler - Chief Marketing Officer

Gail Rigler is Chief Marketing Officer for Working Solutions, leading all strategy, marketing, and branding for the organization. Gail brings more than 25 years marketing experience as a top executive with extensive global experience in marketing strategy and planning, business development, brand management, portfolio marketing, channel marketing, and corporate communications.

Prior to Working Solutions, Gail was CMO for VHA; a national network of not-for-profit health care organizations. Previously she provided executive leadership to EDS; the world’s largest independent information technology outsourcing company as VP of Global Marketing where she oversaw all marketing efforts globally including branding, intelligence, analyst relations, and marketing communications for all geographies, industries and solutions.

Gail is an alumna of State University of New York at Albany and received her MBA from University of Maryland.

Larry Deering - SVP Sales

Larry brings more than 30 years of contact center and telecommunications sales and executive leadership experience.

Prior to joining Working Solutions, Larry was Senior Vice President of Sales for 10 years at Echopass Corporation. Previously he provided executive sales leadership for other industry leading firms including Aspect, Etalk/Autonomy, Octel/Avaya and AccessLine.

Kristin Kanger - VP Talent Management

With more than 20 years of human resources management experience, Kristin has led talent initiatives in traditional and virtual environments, and is a pioneer in the virtual agent industry. She excels in the art of recruitment and continuous process adaptation to meet ever-changing demands, and strives to assist others in achieving their full potential.

Prior to joining Working Solutions in 1999, Kristin held several recruitment specialist and HR generalist positions with Mutual of Omaha, and subsequently provided consulting services focused on process reengineering and reorganization.

Kristin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Creighton University, with a human resources and communications emphasis, and has held the Professional in Human Resources designation since 2001. She is a long-standing member of SHRM as well as the local Greater Omaha chapter, HRAM.

John R. Harris - Non Executive Chairman of the Board

John R. Harris serves as non-executive chairman of the board for Working Solutions. He has more than 35 years of experience in the information technology and services industry.

He served as Communications Industry Group President and corporate officer at EDS, the world’s largest independent information technology outsourcing company; and as CEO of eTelecare Global Solutions, a global business process outsourcing (BPO) firm. John was CEO at several private equity backed companies. He is operating partner at glendonTodd Capital, a Dallas-based venture capital firm, and serves on the boards of technology conferencing company, Premier Global Services; business process consultancy, the Hackett Group; Digital Generation, a next-generation advertising distribution leader; and Banctec, which provides BPO solutions to the financial services industry.

John holds a BBA/MBA from University of West Georgia.

Tracey Sloan - VP Service Excellence

Tracey Sloan is an energetic, results oriented leader with a passion for people and technology. With 20 + years’ in the call center industry she has extensive experience with 10 different telephony platforms and multiple CRM and Quality databases.

Tracey joined Working Solutions in 2000 to lead the implementation and management of its virtual contact center operations. Her primary mission is to oversee the design & delivery of all virtual call center programs and ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Over the past 13 years, she has managed or consulted on the delivery of 85 programs ranging from inbound/outbound, technical support, customer care, program retention, pre/post sales and market research across multiple verticals.

Prior to joining Working Solutions, Tracey lead teams in corporate and help desk support.

Tracey was Sr. Program Manager for GE TechTeam, a joint venture between General Electric (NY: GE) and National TechTeam (Nasdaq: TEAM). In this role, Tracey was responsible for all client relations with 7 different programs with Hewlett Packard. As a Team Leader for Compuware Corporation, Tracey managed the day-to-day operations for Ford Motor Company's Worldwide Help Desk.

Tracey earned a BA in Employment Relations from Michigan State University.

Randy Feger - VP Strategic Alliances

Randy is Vice President of Strategic Alliances. He brings more than 30 years of sales, operations and marketing and executive leadership experience.

Prior to joining Working Solutions, Randy was executive vice president of business and client development at AND Agency, LLC. Prior to AND Agency, Feger had a distinguished 28-year career at AT&T, where he held several senior level positions in sales, marketing and operations.

Randy holds a Master’s Degree in management from National Louis University.

Billy West - VP Information Technology

Billy, a former Marine, brings 30 plus years of experience as an IT / MIS / telecommunications executive.

Previously Billy was VP MIS responsible for all voice and data systems for ConferenceCall.com, purchased by West Corp.

Prior to ConferenceCall.com, Billy was VP of Technical Infrastructure with both Aegis and Daisytek in Dallas, Texas, where he led the build-out and continued support of a World Class IT infrastructure for all Corporate offices, Data and Call Center facilities.

Tamara Schroer VP Development & Performance

Tamara Schroer is Vice President of Development and Performance. She joined Working Solutions in 2001 as the Director of Agent Development. Her primary responsibility is to successfully prepare each agent and ensure ongoing project quality. She oversees the design and development of all agent preparation programs for Working Solutions’ Virtual Agent Projects.

Tamara has more than 20 years experience in environments demanding superior communications and presentation skills. She has held a variety of positions in the Education and Training fields including classroom teacher, Curriculum and Evaluation Specialist and Coordinator of Reading and Testing.

In 1996, she continued her growth by consulting and training for the well-known Boys Town on a secondary reading program nationwide. In addition, Tamara has created and delivered presentations to audiences around the country on a variety of education topics.

Tamara has a B.S. Degree in Education at the University of Iowa and has completed graduate courses at the University of Nebraska in Omaha.
